Courier / Freight Information

We aim to dispatch your order from our warehouse 1-2 working days from receiving your order.

If the item ordered is a pre-order (clearly shown in the product description) it will be dispatched when received at our warehouse.

If your order is a blend of both in-stock items & pre-orders, they will be dispatched in 1 parcel when the pre-order item arrives.

Courier delivery (signature not required) takes up to 3 working days – allow and extra 2-3 for Rural Delivery.

We will email tracking details when ready for drop off at the Wellsford Post Shop.

We have a $6 fixed NZ Urban courier fee (Rural Delivery is an additional $6) for orders under $200. Orders over $200 are free NZ Courier. New Zealand ONLY
