Returns

 

Please note all returns must be received by us in their original condition. They must be unworn, tags attached (if applicable), sent in their box and all packaging included. If goods are not sent back as defined, no return/exchange can be completed.

All returns: proof of purchase from Let’s Wear it LOUD, is needed. Include your contact details.

We are not liable for items lost in transit. We recommend that you send returns tracked.

Online Returns

Online shopping is great, but we know it’s not always easy to get the right fit. We want you to enjoy your purchase, so here’s what we can do.

We can swap your order and are happy to assist getting your correct size. Simply email us about how we can help.

 

All return courier fees (both ways) are at your cost, we can provide our bank account details to pay courier fees if it’s easier for you, rather than sending cash and a return courier bag.

We do provide a refund option if you’re not happy with your order.

Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Goods must be received back to us within 10 days of your order being delivered. We do not refund the courier fee paid.
